SALT THERAPY WITH AEROSAL® METHOD

At the seaside, if you stay in locations characterized by rocky shorelines, you have the opportunity to naturally inhale sea salt. The salt and iodine cause one to experience the increased production of nasal mucus and expectoration that characteristically occurs especially during the first few days at the sea.

After a short time, the nose dries up and no longer drips, and the lymph nodes in the neck that so much and often alarm mothers, have a way to return to a state of quiescence and gradually reduce their volume: this is why children once classified as "lymphatics" were advised to stay at the sea. It would be convenient to live within walking distance of the sea or, while living there, to have time to enjoy its benefits all year round; unfortunately, this is the privilege of few.

Salt therapy may be the answer to our needs in this case.

AeroHome | Sea Salt Insertion

It is a noninvasive and very simple method involving respiratory inhalation, treating high and low airways, of dry saline aerosols.

The treatment lasts 30 minutes during which a micronized dose of salt is inhaled. The salt used in the dry salt aerosol dispenser is controlled and packaged in the form of micronized crystals in standardized amounts in the company's special laboratory, unlike other systems that micronize and crush salt directly in the dispenser, preventing controlled dosing.

Iodized salt is used in a small percentage to simulate sea air, and to keep the iodine exposure level correct.

Salt treatment is totally natural, which is why it is suitable for all age groups, even children, who are the first to suffer from disorders related to the respiratory system.
It should be made clear, however, that "Salt Therapy" should not, however, be considered an alternative to existing pharmacological treatments.
The ideal cycle is 10-12 sessions to be repeated several times during the year, preferably (but not necessarily) on a daily basis.
The benefits will then last for a period of time ranging from six months to a year, depending on the case. In short, if you can't bring the sea close to home, salt therapy at least makes sure that you can take full advantage of its health benefits while saving time and money.

Standardization

The system is standardized in that:

  • The particles, having the size of PM10, have known composition and controlled by optical particle counter apparatus model GRIMM (1,108);

  • Il sistema di erogazione modulata garantisce una concentrazione (di PM10 m³ < a 50 µg) di particelle tale da non provocare l’iperattività rino-bronchiale.

Frequently asked questions

Answers to all your questions

Absolutely not because not all of them are certified and scientifically validated.

Make sure it is certified Medical Device and ask for the registration number in the directory of the Ministry of Health.
No, the salt cave acts as a mask, but the beneficial effect comes from the salt you breathe in and the dispenser that feeds it into the confined room or environment.
Absolutely not: the only inhalable and respirable salt is pharmaceutical salt. Because it is the one with the highest degree of purity. It is the same salt found in saline.
No, if it were considered inhalable and breathable, we would find it in saline and nasal washes in pharmacies.
Request home therapy on a rental basis for the duration of the entire cycle. With Aerosalhome® you can get all the benefits of halotherapy right in your own home.
Certainly because if you change to the aerosol the mask the effect of the therapy does not change. You will have the tent as the confined environment instead of the salt cave, but the dispenser and dose are the same.
Yes, it can be taken as a deduction.
